New Location Now Open (Sept 2025)!

We are absolutely thrilled to have found a distribution partner in Chris Kelly's legendary Topanga Creek Outpost. Chris is one of LA's leading artisan leather smiths and a true Topanga institution. 

For anybody living in Topanga, Calabasas and Woodland Hills this distribution point is the most convenient way to load up on smaller quantities of high quality firewood. Remember: we deliver free of charge quantities of 1/4 cord and more to any of these cities. 

But also for the many people who are passing through Topanga Canyon (CA 27) from the 101 to PCH or back, this is a simple way of picking up some last-minute firewood!

Parking: it is the canyon! That means parking is restricted and you have to do it with care and caution. Southbound is easy: once you see the Topanga Creek house (see pictures below) just pull up as close as you can to the gate (but kindly don't enter the gate with your car). Northbound you might want to turn around somewhere North of the Topanga Creek house and drive back. 

Here is how it works for local pick-up:

1. Choose mixed firewood bundle, 1/16 or 1/8: tap this link!

2. Check out and choose the Topanga Canyon location as pick-up option.

3. Please coordinate with Tim your most convenient pick-up time. Chris and his team work a lot and somebody will be at the location at most times. But opening hours vary.

4. When we see your order, we will confirm with you when you can head over and pick up your firewood.

5. At the confirmed time slot you can head over to our location, show somebody at the Topanga Creek Outpost your order number on your phone and pick up your firewood. It is THAT easy!

6. While there, you NEED to marvel at the great artisan products TCO is manufacturing with lots of love and pride. Actually, we are happy to offer their all-leather firewood carrier soon in this shop!
