Shipping policy

We offer the following options for your firewood delivery:

1. Home delivery: for orders of 1/4 cord, 1/2 cord, 1 cord (and more) we deliver free of charge to your home or location if you are within our delivery area (please consult our main menu for a map of our delivery areas).
   Should your home be outside of the delivery area or you have any additional delivery question, kindly contact us at (818) 208 6366 and we will determine the appropriate shipping cost (if any).
   
   
2. Pick-up: for orders of 1/8 cord, 1/16 cord and bundles, we do not offer free delivery.  You have the option to pick up your firewood at several locations (please check at checkout).  We are trying to add additional pick-up locations in the near future. 
   We also offer home delivery for smaller quantities for a fee of $75.  But you might want to check - it might be cheaper to order a slightly larger quantity that comes with free delivery.
   
   
3. Stacking service: we offer regular stacking service at $25/quarter cord, $35/ half cord and $65/full cord if the stacking area is "wheelbarrow-friendly".  For more details kindly refer to "Stacking Service" under the main menu's "Accessories & Services".  As always, you can also text or call our customer service (6am-10pm every day) at (818) 208 6366 (if you like you can provide pictures for a faster reply).
