About 3-Type BBQ & Smoking Chunks

Character of the wood depends on the types you are selecting!

Specifications

A 10 lbs box contains 1/2 cubic foot of chunks. A 20 lbs box contains 1/1 cubic foot.

Locally sourced and seasoned BBQ & smoking wood. Length of each chunk varies for different needs (3-4" for the most part).

Some firewood pieces will have some bark (mostly fairly thin).

Moisture Level Below 20% (EPA)

All our BBQ and smoking woods are naturally dried/seasoned in Southern California and therefore have the optimal local moisture level.

Many BBQ and smoking experts do not recommend kiln-dried BBQ and smoking wood that tends to be unnaturally dry.
