Refund policy

We understand - things happen and you need to cancel your order.  Here are our rules for cancellations:

Regular Cancellation: without any reason and at any time prior to us putting your firewood on the delivery truck you can cancel your order and within one business day will receive a full refund in the same way you previously had paid for your order.

Last Minute Cancellation: if your order has already been put on the delivery truck, we sadly need to charge you a restocking fee of $50. The remainder of the invoiced amount will be reimbursed to you within one business day on the same credit card.

Rejection at Time of Delivery: should you have any doubts about the firewood you bought from us, you can reject the order at the time of the delivery, but before we have dumped the firewood in the designated area.  The $50 restocking fee also applies, unless there is an obvious issue with the quality of the firewood that we deliver (we have never had that happen).  The remainder of the invoiced amount will be reimbursed to you within one business day on the same credit card.

No Return after Dumping: due to the nature of the product (firewood) there are no returns possible after you have inspected and approved the delivery and we have dumped the firewood in the designated delivery area. 

Faulty merchandise: should you not be happy with the performance of one of our products, kindly contact Tim at (818) 208 6366 or admin@rancholacasa.com. We investigate every single product quality incident and offer exchange for every confirmed faulty product.  

Merchandise not needed anymore: within the first 180 days after purchase we offer a return of any of our merchandise (not services). Please contact Tim and he will designate the drop-off point for the returned merchandise. Please note that we charge a $50 restocking fee for any returned merchandise. This does not apply for faulty products.
