About Grape BBQ & Smoking Chunks

High heat generation thanks to a hardness similar to a number of fruit woods. It catches fire quickly and burns fairly quickly while releasing tremendous heat.

Our grape BBQ chunks are properly seasoned and contain optimal water content for best smoke generation.

Specifications

A 10 lbs box contains 1/2 cubic foot of avocado chunks. A 20 lbs box contains 1/1 cubic foot. Tightly packed.

Locally sourced and seasoned grape BBQ & smoking wood. Length of each chunk varies for different needs (3-4" for the most part).

Grape wood tends to be harvested while still fairly small. Therefore, most firewood pieces will have some bark (which is fairly thin).
