Delivery Areas
As our business grows, so do our delivery areas. The details of this page are subject to change and reflect our policies as of June 2026.
When delivering firewood (or anything else heavy for that matter), logistics become very important. We distinguish between different product lines and private/commercial customers. On this page you will find details for the following:
- Private, local firewood deliveries
- Commercial, local firewood deliveries
- BBQ-chunks and other boxed products deliveries
- Palletized wood deliveries
- Wood chips (bulk)
Private, Local Firewood Delivery
Many areas within a reasonable distance from Simi Valley qualify for free delivery. In general, we deliver private, local firewood from Oxnard to Pasadena, from Santa Clarita to the 10-freeway. This area will further grow in the future.
If you are not certain if we deliver to your area you have three options: (i) you can call Tim at (818) 208 6366, you could put a product into the cart within our online shop, provide your address and find out if we deliver to your zip code or you can browse through (or search for) your zip code within the list at the bottom of this page. Please note that we charge a small, fixed delivery fee for some areas. At the bottom of this page, kindly find our local firewood delivery areas by zip code.
Any delivery questions? Just give us a call or text us with your address at (818) 208 6366.
Commercial, Local Firewood Delivery
For recurring, commercial firewood orders we will go to many additional areas. Recurring deliveries are highly plannable and normally can be easily integrated into our schedules.
Since every case is slightly different, please contact Tim at (818) 208 6366.
BBQ-Chunks and Other Boxed Products
We generally deliver to any address in the contiguous United States to which FedEx, UPS or USPS deliver packages. Any other areas outside of the lower 48 including foreign countries are not an issue (from a logistics point of view) but are not set up within the system of this store. You would have to contact Tim at (818) 208 6366 for that.
Palletized Wood Deliveries
We deliver pallets of firewood, BBQ-wood and any of our other wood products to any address a shipping company will go to in the US.
All deliveries are case-by-case, therefore kindly reach out to Tim at (818) 208 6366.
Wood Chips (Bulk) Deliveries
1/2 cord wood chips, priced below our minimum order for free home delivery, is an exception to that minimum order. This means that we deliver 1/2 cord wood chips (Sept 2026 priced at $100) under the same terms as our local firewood deliveries.
If not sure or just for clarification, kindly reach out to Tim at (818) 208 6366.
Pick-up Racks
We operate an increasing number of so-called pick-up racks that make it very convenient for our customers to pick up quality firewood in their neighborhood, sometimes even after hours. Currently, we are operating these racks in Simi Valley, Moorpark, Camarillo, San Gabriel, Korea Town, Granada Hills and Long Beach (new as of Oct 2026). Please check our locations page for more information.
